Growing older is one of life's greatest privileges. Knowing ourselves more deeply is a gift because experience has given us wisdom.
Yet with aging comes transitions. Friends move away, families grow busy, routines change, and opportunities for meaningful connection become less frequent.
Connection is deeply personal. It can be found in laughter shared over coffee, in telling the story of a first love, in discovering a new skill, or revisiting a forgotten passion.
